Ride in the old town

Alonissos: The island of the Mediterranean monk seal
Valuable deserts with strange names such as Peristera, Kyra Panagia, Jira, Peperi, Psathoura, Scandzouras, divided into two zones, form the imaginary mesh of a seafood "park" to protect the Mediterranean monk seal. This valuable biotope has its "headquarters" in Alonissos and is one of the last "shelters" for the rare, brilliant mammal living in inaccessible caves. To protect, people and boats are banned in most of the park's islands.

Find us

Drive uphill with Alkyon Hotel (www.thealkyonhotel.gr) on your left handside up until Votsi village.

Leave the exit to Votsi on your right and deviate slightly to the left towards Steni Vala village (follow signs to Steni Vala).

Drive for approx. 10km (about 12min), leave Steni Vala to the right and continue towards Agios Dimitrios for approx 3.5km (about 6min).

As soon as you leave behind the small boat repair place, drive for another 150m and you will find Muses Villas on the left.
